Customer's Fault Description
remote controller light appears when buttons pressed, no response or light from receiver/gas fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely from Tenbury Wells and on testing the remote itself was not transmitting, this was due to a faulty transducer. A replacement was fitted and then the battery cable changed (it had signs of damage). Full functionality was restored.
No fault was found with the receiver.
