Customer's Fault Description
Gas fire not lighting up: The wire from the battery has come apart.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote controller arrived safely from Blackburn and on inspection the battery cable was damaged and was giving intermittent power.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality. The rest of the remote was tested as ok with a good strong RF signal being present.
