Customer's Fault Description
Although the red light comes on when pressing buttons to turn the fire on/up or down/off nothing works. I’ve changed the batteries in the receiver in case it was that but it hasn’t made any difference. So I’m assuming one of the children has thrown or dropped it and broken or dislodged something inside.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Cheltenham and on testing was found not to transmit a signal on any button press.
The Ultrasonic Transducer was found to be damaged, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
