TV54K2 Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : TV54K2

Customers Fault Description : Has not worked for some time, but when using I had to hit the battery compartment then pressing the buttons quite hard, maybe a bad connection , does not work at all.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This TV remote control arrived safely from Ayrshire and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a faulty oscillator, once replaced full functionality was restored.
