Customer's Fault Description
All 4 buttons don't work sometimes. Wiggling the wire sometimes worked for a while but doesn't now.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Riser chair remote control arrived safely from Gosport and on inspecito nthe cable was faulty with a few wires broken away from the PCB also someone had glued foil to the button pads.
The foil was removed and proper conductive pads glued into place and then a replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
