Customer's Fault Description
The displayed room temperature is at least 10C high and settles at 35C - further to our earlier chat it sounds like a thermistor issue.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Climapro 2 RF central heating programmable controller arrived safely from Rudgwick and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous temperature reading at 35 degrees.

The 100k Thermistor was replaced which restored full functionality.
