Customer's Fault Description
When plugged in handset illuminates but chair does not operate from any buttons. I've opened the handset and can see that one central LED has failed. Also diode D6 got dislodged during opening-up. Some of the side clips also were broken. All parts and screws (execept D6) included in the package.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dual motor recliner chair handset arrived safely from Northamptonshire and on inspection was found to be dismantled.
One of the diodes was missing and an LED blown, the LED and diode were replaced and the rest of the remote tested as ok.
