Gazco EL0571 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Screen on remote shows "low battery". battery replaced - still shows "low battery and no longer functions

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gas Fire - Riva model remote control arrived safely from Penarth and on testing was found to have a faulty voltage regulator, a replacement was fitted as well as a replacement battery cable.  Full functionality was restored.
