Customers Fault Description : As discussed over the phone (28th October, Saturday morning), the buttons seem to be not working. The bottom left one sometimes works (triggers the light to come on), but not always. The other buttons don't seem to be working. The wires at the back are damaged (botched job by me). The battery cover is missing. If it's easier to supply a clone...
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Legend Gas fire remote control arrived safely from Walsall and on inspection the battery cover was missing, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
The battery cable was damaged and the buttons fauty. All buttons and the battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
