BSSB Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : BSSB

Customers Fault Description : Charger Port has snapped off circuit board, won't charge or work

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This TV lift remote control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a detached charge port.  A replacement charge port was fitted (the original couldn't be used as it was missing a pin).

Full functionality was restored
