Customer's Fault Description
ON/off button dead. Other buttons(especially no 6) need pressing several times to get a response. Used daily in the kitchen, so could do with a bit of TLC!
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Denon RCD M38 DAB remote control arrived safely from Shropshire and on testing the power button was foudn to be sluggish in response.

This was due to worn button contacts.  Replacement conductive pads were glued under the power button and also the Volume buttons.  THis restored full functionality.
