Customers Fault Description : The remote for my mum’s Celebrity recliner chair works fine, but the curly wire is frayed and there’s a section where the multicoloured wires beneath are exposed. I can see from some photos on your website that you have dealt with this before, replacing the wire for a straight one. This would seem to be a good solution. Hope you can help!

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Recliner chair remote control arrived safely from Norwich and on inspectio nthe remotes cable was damaged, a replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind).   No issue was found with the extension cable.
