Customer's Fault Description
No buttons working. Wires have become detached from circuit board.
Unit was working fine but young children have been pulling and stretching the wires.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote Control for a riser recliner chair arrived safely from Eastleigh and on inspecito nwas partially opened and 2 button caps were missing (these are with the customer)
When opened the cable was totally detached from the PCB. This was soldered back into position the nreinforce using hot melt glue.
The remote will be left partially opened on return so that the customer can refit the missing button caps.
