Customer's Fault Description
Thé d’ail is showing the temperature and all the functions but it’s not connecting to the Receiver. New battery in the transmitter but still no connection. Could be a loose wire near the battery but it’s not obvious?
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Broslely Fires Remote control arrived safely Beaumaris and on testing the up channel would not transmit.
On opening there was a mass of contamination over one of the ICs (see image), when this was cleaned up full functionality was restored with the remote controlling our test receiver as normal.
