Focal Point Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote control not working at all after replacing the battery
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This LCD fire remote control arrived safely from Livingston and on testing was dead.
When opened the issue was due to a mangled battery terminal that had been bent out of position (see image), this happens when a battery is inserted upside down. The terminal was reworked which restored full functionality.
A CR2025 battery will be supplied fitted on return.
