Customer's Fault Description
Unsure but suspect a loose wire from being dropped
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Central Heating remote control arrived safely from Caldicot and on testing was found to power up. The internal terminals were impacted from being dropped, this led to a loose battery connection.
After talking to the customer it was requested to reposition the terminals to make a stronger connection to the batteries. this was done and then the terminals reinforced using solder padding.
