Broseley Canterbury Electric Stove Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Broseley Canterbury

Model : Electric Stove

Customers Fault Description : Was previously unable to switch modes and was switching itself on / on Have changed the batteries several times. It now goes from working on full battery to dead battery, mode change and then won’t turn on . I had messaged previously but it started working again but it has definitely given up now I won’t be cancelling .. sorry about that!

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace remote control arrived safely from Newton le willows and on testing was found to have intermittent power.

The battery terminals were "rusted" from an apparent battery leak, this was making the power connection intermittent. 

Replacement terminals were fitted which restored full functionality.
