Mertek Maxitrol Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Mertek Maxitrol
Customers Fault Description : The remote is showing a red LED when activated however the receiver will only respond intermittently when at touching distance with the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote and receiver arrived safely from Essex and on testing the remote was found to have a faulty transducer (no signal being transmitted).
The transducer in the handset was replaced which restored full functionality.
No issue was found with the receiver.
