Customer's Fault Description
The remote is showing a red LED when activated however the receiver will only respond intermittently when at touching distance with the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely from Essex and on testing the remote was found to have a faulty transducer (no signal being transmitted).
The transducer in the handset was replaced which restored full functionality.
No issue was found with the receiver.
