Have tried to reset, still not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric fire remote control arrived safely from Duxford and on inspection the back cover was found to be partly melted.
On testing the remote was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal functionality.
The codeset being transmitted was confirmed to be a correct "Princeton" variant as normal.
THe customer is to ensure that a 12v battery is inserted on return and then test the remote fully. The dial n the back of the remote changes the compatibility, therefore test the remote then if it doesn't work turn the dial one click and test again, do this for the full 360 degrees. Failing that the issue could be with the receiver itself.
