Customer's Fault Description
UP button working OK. DOWN button not working. I changed to a new battery to check.
No sign of battery leakage in handset or receiver unit.
Talked to you on phone, Nov 2nd.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas Fire remote control and receiver arrived safely and on testing the rmeote was found ot betransmitting as per normal operation.
The receiver unfortunately has suffered a major battery leak (see image), due to this damage a repair is not possible to the receiver.
