Customers Fault Description : Buttons work intermittently when pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Hand controller arrived safely from Coventry and on inspection there was some damage to the cable but all cores were tested as ok.
THe cable was replaced and the rest of the remote tested as ok. The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
