Customer's Fault Description
Leaky Duracell battery damage. The remote has just a single function - to control the volume level.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Preamplifier Volume  Remote Control arrived safely from Sevenoaks and on testing was found to be dead.

On opening there was contamination over the button array which was shorting out contacts.

The PCB and button array was cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality. 

Item returned 27th Jun 24 - Suffered battery leak, remote was repaired UGTEE even though battery leaks are not covered under the Gtee.  Returned 28th Jun 2024
