Customers Fault Description : Possible loose connection
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Chair remote control arrived safely from Stowmarket and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind). The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
