possibly remote is not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Valor remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal. The buttons were required to be pressed hard to actuate but still they were transmitting.
After talking to the customer it was decided to restore the button contacts and investigate any possible issues. The button contacts were found to be worn, replacement conductive pads were glued under each button which restored the button sensitivity. The PCB was cleared of all contaminants. The code being transmitted was tested as correct for each button.
The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
