HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : Fully reclined on its own over night. Not responding to Reset. I attempted to open it up to see if a wire loose, but unable to and not forced it (You explained the 5th hidden screw). After some twisting/manoeuvring of wires I managed to reset the chair and unplugged it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Rise & recline chair remote control arrived safely and on inspctio nthe cable was damaged and the remote was partly dismantled.
The remote was opened and one of the LEDs was found to be intermittent. The LED was replaced and then a straight cable fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
