We’ve changed the battery but the remote doesn’t ‘talk’ to the music centre
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Zennox vinyl2CD multi function music centre remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal operation on all button presses.
The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
The code being transmitted was confirmed to be correct.
An Energizer CR2025 battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the customers battery being the issue. Failing that it may be the receiver that is at fault.
