Klarstein Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Nothing works
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
THis remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead. THe customers provided battery was totally drained.
Once a fully charged battery was fitted the remote was found to be functioning on all buttons as per normal operation.
This item has been classed as no fault found. A CR2032 battery will be supplied fitted on return.
