Customer's Fault Description
The remote no longer connects with the receiver. The light on the remote lights up and the light on the receiver breifly illuminates when you put batteries in it but it deosn't repond to the remote control.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely from St Albans and on testing the remote control handset was found to be functioning as per normal with our test receiver but unfortunately the customers receiver was found to have suffered a severe battery leak, due to this a repair to the receiver is not possible.
