Customer's Fault Description
The problem is the button for getting down the head part of the bedframe. The button for getting that part up works fine.
The buttons for the foot end of the frame both work fine (both up and down).
The button for getting up both head and foot end works fine.
When pressing the button to get both head and foot end down, only the foot end goes down. The top end stays up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrive safely from the Netherlands and on inspection three of the cores of the cable were broken at the remote entry point. THe cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the breaks.
