Customer's Fault Description
This does not turn the fire lamp or power on-off. Fire seems ok. The back to the remote is missing and i have changed batteries
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This heater remote control arrived safely from Vale of Glamorgan and on inspection was missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
When tested the button response was found to be sluggish.
When opened this was due to corrosion in the carbon print from an apparent battery leak. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
