Customer's Fault Description
Needs retiring as original in poor state. As far as I know all buttons in working order.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely from Devon and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts and a damaged cable.

Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons and then a replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
