Does not interact with fire so fire doesn’t ignite
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote control arrived safely from Rye and on inspection the back cover and battery cover were both found to be melted.
On testing the remote was foudn to be functioning as per normal with our test receiver.
Even though the case is melted this item has been classed as no fault found as the cosmetic issues is not causing a functionality issue.
The issue is most likely with the receiver itself.
