Customer's Fault Description
When last used in April, fire was difficult to turn off with remote.Now in November fire will not switch on,new battery fitted and remote lights up but not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric fire remote control arrived safely from Somerset and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on all buttons.
The RF signal was tested at 433Mhz and the codeset was also tested as correct.
This item has been classed as no fault found. THe customer is to test the remote with a brand new 12v battery (there is a 1.5v battery that will fit but will not transmit).
