Customer's Fault Description
Remote just stopped working. Replaced battery but think the coil inside isnt connecting.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Hob Hood remote control arrived safely from Onchan and on inspection was in pieces.
The battery terminals were entangled making the remote drain the battery and remain dead.
The terminals were reworked and then when a new battery was fitted full functionality was restored. A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return.
