Customer's Fault Description
Remote & receiver lights are coming on but receiver is not operating the gas fire. Receiver light not showing when pressing buttons on remote. Changed batteries in both units and still not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gazco Huntingdon Gas Fire Remote & Receiver arrived safely from Telford and on testing the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal when tested with our test receiver.
The customers receiver unfortunately has suffered a battery leak with one of the terminals being rusted, due to this a repair to the receiver cannot be carried out.
