Customer's Fault Description
1 has a lit blank screen and the other has up/down buttons that are not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response

These two Window Remote controls arrived safely and on testing one was confirmed to have some non functioning buttons and the other had a blank screen.

The screen was replaced which restored functionality to the blank remote.

The remote with faulty buttons was found to have a tiny corrosion spot in the print, once reworked full functionality was restored.
