Velux 3LR A01 WW Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : 1 has a lit blank screen and the other has up/down buttons that are not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two Window Remote controls arrived safely and on testing one was confirmed to have some non functioning buttons and the other had a blank screen.
The screen was replaced which restored functionality to the blank remote.
The remote with faulty buttons was found to have a tiny corrosion spot in the print, once reworked full functionality was restored.
