Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working at all New batteries in both remote and gas fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This gas fire remote control arrived safely and on inspectio nthe back cover was warped due to heat damage, the case cannot be replaced as spares are not available, this does not affect functionality.

On testing the remote was found to not be transmitting on any button press.

This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
