Customer's Fault Description
It will turn down the heater but won't turn up. I think it is the receiver that has a problem. It will perform intermittently while turning/waving/shaking the receiver in the air.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas heater remote and receiver arrived safely from the Ntherlands and on inspecito nthe receiver was missing its battery cover.
On testing the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
The receiver unfortunately was found to have suffered a battery leak, because of this a repair is not possible.
