Customer's Fault Description
Works intermittently. Will switch on start to move the caravan and then will switch off, play with batteries then it will start working again but then stop. Won’t complete a full move.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan Mover remote control arrived safely from Tipton and on inspection was found to have a damaged negative battery terminal from a battery leak. This was causing intermittent power.
The terminal was replaced and the others cleaned, this restored full functionality.
