Customer's Fault Description
The remote control is not working.I cannot turn the fire on or off.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Dimplex remote control arrived safely from Buckley and on testing was found to have very sluggish button response.  On opening this was found to be due to decomposing button contacts which had contaminated the PCB contacts. The PCB was cleared of all contaminants and then replacement conductive pads glued under each button.
