Customers Fault Description : Unable to power the fireplace on with any of the buttons for the fireplace despite changing to fresh batteries multiple times. The fireplace itself does work as it bleeps when plugged in at the mains. Thank you!
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on inspection the buttons were found to have broken away from their silicon shroud.
The exact buttons are not available as spares but we did manage to get different buttons that could be fitted in the case (see image)
Full functionality was restored.
