Velux Integra KLR 200 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : I have dropped the remote and it hasn't worked since

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Velux window remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a blank white screen.

Unfortunately this appears to be an issue wit hte screen module itself which is not available as a spare making a repair not possible.
