Customer's Fault Description
No buttons work regularly. Work when they want! Battery cover lost, so maybe just dust?
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Jukebox remote control arrived safely from Daventry and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
On testing the remote was intermittently dead.
When opened one of the battery terminals fell off the PCB due to bad solder joints.
The terminal was soldered firmly back into position which restored full functionality.
