Customer's Fault Description
Three buttons which move the caravan forwards and to each side forwards do not work. If you hold the remote with the writing upright, the bottom three buttons with arrows on them are the three that do not work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on inspection there were cracks in the case and the bottom 3 buttons were non responsive.
On opening there were a few diodes that were physically shattered, this is remnant of the item being run over or somehow crushed.
The diodes were replaced which restored full functionality.
