Hi, i have a remote for a global 55 gas fire. The remote or receiver is faulty- i changed the batteries in both but the remote always shows up with an empty battery symbol with a new battery (have tried several). Have you seen this before?
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Global 55 gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a faulty regulator.
The regulator and battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
