Customer's Fault Description
The remote fell down. Since then the screen is not entirely visible. More importantly the buttons seem to work but the remote no longer connects with the receiver hence we can't control the fireplace anymore.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely form Essex and on testing the screen was found to be damaged.
A replacement screen was fitted which restored full functionality. The remotes signal was then tested and found to be a good strong radio signal as per normal.
