Yamaha FSR111 WV21820 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The power button is very temperamental and requires numerous pushes sometimes to work. Also the volume up/down buttons aren't quite as responsive as they used to be.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Yamaha Sound bar remote control arrived safely from Southampton and on testing was confirmed to have a very sluggish power button response.
This was due to a worn button contact. A replacement conductive pad was glued into place which restored full functionality.
