Customer's Fault Description
Gas fire not igniting, led lights up when buttons are pressed but nothing happens to fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace remote control arrived safely from Solihull and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press.
The code being transmitted was confirmed to be correct on each press.
THe remote was then tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with not fault being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue is thought to most likely be with the receiver / heater itself.
