Customers Fault Description : One of the contacts to head of batteries has came off and remote won’t work because of this

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fire remote control arrived safely from Motherwell and on inspection was found to have a detached battery terminal.

The terminal was refitted which restored full functionality.
