Customer's Fault Description
The bottom button works, it turns the fire off. The top button combined with the left hand button doesn’t. It does not turn the fire on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

THis remote and receiver arrived safely from Bristol and on testing the remote was found not to transmit on the up channel.

This was due to a faulty 40.5khz oscillator in the handset, once replaced full functionality was restored.

No fault was found with the receiver.
